I was wondering if someone had been daubing my posts with invisible paint as my images have vanished - there isn't even a placeholder...
Most specifically this thread
http://www.locostbuilders.co.uk/viewthread.php?tid=134827
Other peoples images show up and my hosting is fine as the image shows up in a browser window. Any ideas?
No idea whatsoever.
I can't see anything and if you try to open the pictures it says they don't exist.
is the webhost that you keep your pictures up and running?
I noticed that it is not the locost website.
If I go directly to http://www.photopail.spiderwebdesign.co.uk/ which is where you are hosting there are only pictures of a red mitsubishi 4x4 in the
album that I can see.
The picture (rolled green mx5 iirc) used to work.
mat....
maybe your big cock just got fed up???
Thanks chaps - it is me being a total 'tard.
I was trialing some gallery software on my web hosting and had pointed it at one of my existing subdomains - the one with my images in...
Thanks for your help
Matt
Invisible paint ? I was after some of that , but I couldnt see any in B&Q ?
I'll get me coat............
Barry uses invisible paint but calls it lacquer...
On a more serious note - how the heck do I edit my posts now to reflect the new URL? I can't see an edit button anywhere...

Ahhhh - good idea.
Would a forum admin have privileges or access to the database to edit the URL for me?
It is just a case of replacing the word "images" with the word "images" on those two posts...
