tried to change my avatar, now it wont work, not even the old one, can one of you clever computer chaps help?

what's the URL in the avatar box?

Make sure the image is in your archive and check the URL on your profile page is http://www.locostbuilders.co.uk/upload/FILENAME.FILEEXTENSION

Substitute caps where required, eg sideways.jpg

Use this as the url for your avatar and it will work

http://www.locostbuilders.co.uk/upload/GY0G1530001.jpg

Though you might want to make the picture a little smaller...like 250 pixels wide...

I like the little red cross on a white background avatar, but it is a bit common
