I am in the same boat, have also emailed Chris but nothing, guessing he is just away at the mo.

The outstanding ones should be solved now. I am having to do these manually for a while for reasons I won't go into (but am trying to resolve!)

Same for me - no upgraded status and my messages to Chris W are "unread" - I hope he's sat in the sun somewhere on his holidays - wish I was!
