Small amendment to ID details

For those of us that frequent this site... would it be possible to put a small line into Control Panel to enable user to indicate whether he has Dialup or Broadband. I think this would help for those of us that post large files or pictures in open format (i.e. posting a picture direct to the page rather than a link). Just a thought... would be nice though!
