I'm having problems uploading pictures today!
It was working fine yesterday but won't work this morning.
Appears to upload and "sees" the file and the file size but when you click on it you just get the little white box with a red cross in
it.
Anyone else having problems or is it me?

The site was down for a while yesterday so perhaps it's summat to do with that. May be worth U2Uing ChrisW
It looks like a problem with the picture itself. If you try and browse it from your photo archive it doesn't display there.
perhaps try renaming it lower case without spaces or brackets?!
Ned.
Im gettign this problem too.
I decided to try and upload a few pics as well but with no joy. Is there specific size filetype or anything we should know about?
Looks like picture uploads are a bit broken at the moment. U2U chris and ask him. The site was down last night, so he may have doen something to keep
traffic down a bit today.
David
Yep, still not happening for me .......

Another one of my weak areas this but I did find out that some characters don't work in pic names.
I tried to upload one called "dash & scuttle" and that didn't work.
Tried it as "dash and scuttle" and it worked.
"&" is a no no. I think there are others.

Yes you are quite right. Use plain text only, no special characters like *$&%^!)"(£ etc otherwise the pic will not work.
David
I'm having problems too, no special characters??????????
Whats going on??
It's broke init?
Chris is not reading U2U's either.
I'm sure he'll get on the case soon!
Sorry guys - been a busy couple of days with sorting out the 'hAx04z' and a big network outage yesterday. I've got a couple of
password issues to deal with then I'll get on the case. Probably a configuration issue that I forgot to set up when I rebuilt the server. Being
an idiot I backed up the site and the database and forgot about the webserver config!
Chris
Chris
Now fixed. Sorry guys - as I suspected I'd missed something out of the config!
Cheers, Chris
