Worked for me!
Best way is to right click on your image and go to the properties. The 'URL' is shown there, copy it and paste into the insert image dialog
box

Links dont work with a space. This needs to be replaced with a %20 sign.

sorry for wasting time and i give up!
Try clicking this button before you paste the URL
[img][/img]
you need to include the img tabs. Simple really.
1. Find the picture you want.
2)If its already online (ie not on your hard drive), right click on the picture.
3)Select properties.
4) At the bottom of the property box, is the pictures url. Note that this is different to the url in the browser box.
5) Copy the full url, including the http:// bit
6) Go to a locostbuilders post reply page.
7) Above the text box is a row of icons. Hover over each and a definition should appear.
8) Select the one that says, insert image.
9) Paste the pictures url into the box that appears, and make sure that the http bit is only present once.
10) Click OK
11) The url will appear in the text box surrounded by the img tabs.
12) Click post and all is well.
13) Make a cup of tea and chill out

Take a look at this thread http://www.locostbuilders.co.uk/viewthread.php?tid=46828
Dave explained perfectly how to do it, only problem is I'm not sure how to insert a thread to follow so don't know if you'll be able to
view this!
OK it worked so inserting a thread is easy, think I'll be an IT technician!!!
