When i click to read my u2u messages al i get is "a pop up window is blocked"

I need some guidance please

Try holding down ctrl when you click the U2U button. It should temporarily bypass the pop up blocker.

Click on the bit that says a popup is blocked and choose "always allow popups for this site"
