When i put a Hyperlink to a website, how do put the link as a smiley or other words?

When you type in the reply box, click on the little globe with a chain link on it, it's above where you type.

It'll then ask you what you want to appear (then you can typr your smiley or whatever) and then ask you for the url, it'll then do some clever HTML thing and sort it out automagically
