i do remember chris asking the hippy to control the links pages, but i would hazard a guess that the sponsors have pulled the plug on suppliers who are direct competitors.

Which i suppose is understandable to some,alas not me though

That sounds VERY controversial to me Bob, I though Chris recently said how the sponsors weren't going to bias the site in any way (apart from th webmaster's free chassis and some adverts!)
