Hi all i have a few pics but the first one i put on is soooooooooooooo big !!!!
I am a numpty so need a idiots guide thanks
i guess you use windows. open your picture in MS paint, along the top click image, stretch & skew, and 40% is a good start. save, then upload here
as above though under attributes it will tell you how big it is.
best size is about 800 pixels wide x around 600 tall
I use `Irfanview` - its a free download off the net .
You could just try sitting further away from the screen
Or, I use a free download bit of software called Irfanview, have a google search for it, that is useful for re-sizing
this may help, wrote it for the Tiger Forum:

The easiest tool is here:
Linky
It's a Microsoft powertoy to resize images, just install it, then in Windows, right-click on the images you want to resize and choose Resize
images - you can choose default sizes or a custom size, and by default it makes a copy of the original image so if it's still too big or small
you can resize again from the original (if you shrink an image then enlarge it, you'll lose quality - keep the big ones and always shrink to a
copy).
