From reading his website i find it hard to understand what the differences is in the 442 and 442e for example. Im 6 foot 3 and size 12 feet and i want the one with the most foot room. Does his chassis make the footwell bigger?

442= 4" wider, 4" longer, 2" taller

than the standard Ron champion locost chassis.

there is also a +4 which is just 4" wider

not sure on the 442e

the 442e has a wider front than the 442.

i have pdf files of all 3 chassis plans here, i'll see if i can find where i downloaded them from.

The Haynes Roadster is 4 inches longer & 2 inches wider than the original Ron Champion chassis & also has Independant Rear Suspension as the main donor used is the Ford Sierra.
A few of the completed cars have tall drivers....1 of them is 6ft 7 tall & has no problems with the car, in fact thats why he chose to build the Roadster.

cheers
