can anyone point me in the right direction for getting my exhaust built up.
Thanksssss
I've got a big box of stainless bends in 3" tubing going cheap. They are hydraulic bent not mandrel bent so there are forming ridges on the
inside of the bend, so there will be a bit of airflow disruption, but at the end of the day it's a 3" pipe, so it won't make much
difference!
They will be very cheap if you are interested. I was after somewhere in the region of £60 for the whole box and there must be 15-20 bends in there,
most with long tails on the bends too. Bends vary from 10 deg to 90 deg.
Let me know if you are interested and I'll dig them out and take some photos.
Regards,
Tom
3" Is a bit big me thinks but im asking a biker the best size. Thanks though.....
Buy a couple of cheap secondhand, stainless steel bike exhaust down pipes/headers from e-bay and cut and weld these to suit.

Jossey, what diameter do you need? I have some stainless bends; 2", 90deg, 1.6mm wall, mandrel bent, that are surplus to requirements. Not as cheap as those 38mm in Jimbob's link though.
Buy stainless steel hygienic or "dairy" bends. You are looking at around a fiver each for 2" ones in 316L grade, they are mandrel
formed and polished inside and out.
Damstahl in telford are a helpful stockist
Poo!
Wish you'd posted that before I bought mine.
I cut and altered the standard pipes, gas welded and ground the insides where necessary. After the collectors I used 2" IIRC.
