How to shrink my photos?

How do I shrink the size of my photos in the photo archive. They've all come out rather large, so cannot be viewed fully. I'm not suggesting anyone would actually WANT to view them..

Cheers Chris.

I use IrfanView to display my pictures and on the Image button up on the tool bar there is a resize/resample option. Simply resize to 750 pixels wide to display on this sight.

IrfanView HERE!

Paint - Image - Stretch/Skew, then the % you want to reduce it by in each direction.

For the odd one any basic (or otherwise) image editing prog will do the job.
- If you doing a lot you might want a batch image handling program, for which i use an old copy of jasc imagerobot.

google picasa is alright if you want to organise your photo collection, but you can get free webspace to store your images on (google webalbums), when uploading you can select the image size (640px, 1024px an so on upto about 3600 iirc?)...

Then all you do is link into the images on webalbums...
