Red X in a square, why is this?
Is it the photos I have put on or is it the settings on my computer?

Your avator has the wrong address for starters.

If it's all the images on your computer, then it's your connection or settings

if you have spaces in a file

use%20instead%20of%20spaces when you put the url in
