LCB timestamps

Since the clocks went back to GMT it appears that LCB timestamps are still on BST - I'm seeing latest messages with times up to an hour ahead of real time.
Control Panel/Profile page shows 'Time Offset (GMT time is currently 01:08 AM)' when it's actually 12:08.

don't write OT on a new thread title, you're creating the topic, everything you write is very much ON topic!

Its never winter without the yearly 'LCB time is wrong' thread

Must admit, it took a while this year. Normally only takes a couple of hours
