problems with locostbuilders.co.uk "help"

Morning all

Can anyone advise why I'm having such problems with opening pages on this site. It's taking 3-4 minutes after clicking on a topic etc for it to be displayed. It's like it for everything on the site. Posting this problem has currently taken nearly 8 minutes.

Rest of the internet is working as normal.

Any ideas as reading this when I get a chance through the day is a real sanity saver. It's taking longer to open pages than I normally spend on the site in total for each visit.

HELP

Cheers
Nigel

The 'back' button is very slow for me, but rest of site seems OK.
It says 'waiting for adserve.chrisw' or something like that. So I guess that may be causing some slowness issues?
