Google Chrome Issue

Google Chrome seems to have stopped wanting to show me any photos in LCB. If I open the picture in a new window, it works just fine. Similarly as the page loads, I can see the photo, but as soon as it finished loading, it is replaced by the little image icon.

Any ideas?

I have not (knowingly) changed any settings, and all the options I can see are ticked to give me images, no blocking ec. Anyone had similar before?

Chrome just isn't really up to the job (yet).

it seems to be the larger pics as far as I can tell - perhaps if we had a maximum picture size it would get around the issue?

I wonder if ChrisW might be able to limit the pics on here to 640x480 or something to see if that works

I tend to agree to quote Harry Callahan in Magnum Force --- a mans got to know his limitations

for more speed Firefox (for windows) load Fasterfox addon.
For Linux use Swiftfox.

Just had a look at Fasterfox. There are about six different versions listed and a fastestfox. Some having 1000 downloads a week, some 6-7-8000. Which one please?
