Further email advice

Just to add to Chris advice on avoiding email spambots, if you write your email in a post as follows:

myemail at wherever dot com

This is easy enough for any genuine interested party to write correctly in to an email, but pretty much impossible for an automated spambot to pick up on.

For my website I wrote my e-mail address with a biro on a piece of patterned paper, and photographed it...

That is really easy for a computer program to recognise and reconstruct into a real email address, I'd be amazed if the spambots hadn't figured that one out.

try mySPAMmail@whatever.com - please remove the SPAM from the address before replying if you don't want to go as far as David.
