Catch Up

Has the site catch up functionality changed?

I used to be able to mark all posts as read, but now it seems to ignore all posts made the same day and leave those marked as unread. Perhaps something to do with the Today's Posts functionality the Fozzie added? Or more likely, I am being a numpty
