Limited search facility
Hi
I was trying to locate a post a few days ago. I knew where it was located and who had started the thread so I did a search usind the user name of the
initiator. Unfortunatly the search would only show results as far back as November 2003, (the topic had been started earlier). Is this a limitation
with the site or can I do anything to allow me to search the full database?

I know the search option is crap - the code comes from the original XMB implementation that the site was based on all those years ago. The code is a
lot better on later versions, but I've made so many mods to the current code it would be difficult upgrading.
One of the things on my (never ending) list tho!

Not a problem Chris, more of an observation. As long as the info is still on here I'll just search through the relevent catagory if I need to.
Still the best site by far.
(downside is I spend too long on here and not enough time in my cold garage)
