Odd/dodgy users...
We are being taken over by them...
Remember those 'people' signing up with dodgy web addresses and 'last active' dates of 1/1/70. Well in the past 3 days there
have been....6 new ones! And its a recurring thing by the looks of it, there has been at least one registration (appears to be the same person)
everyday.
Chris, is there anyway of stopping it? (Answer a question, or use those 'type in the word you see' boxes that hotmail and yahoo are now
using). They dont seem to be posting anything, but just have weblinks to porn sites.
Cheers,
David

cant see what they achieve by signing up anyway, unless having their websites url up maybe makes it higher up googles list.

One of Google's ways to rank websites is how many people link to them. The higher the site with the link is in Google's ratings the
better.
It's an automated system that does the registrations. I've switched on 'email random password' but that doesn't seem to
stop it

Beware of the Goldfish in the tulip mines. The ONLY defence against them is smoking peanut butter sandwiches.
