Pinto air filters for a twin choke Weber
On the last legs of my Haynes build and have a 1600 pinto engine and know I have to have the air filter through the bonnet but I have a new twin choke
Weber and I would like to have pictures with advise on the best way and type of filters to use and if possible the make ie K N or piper cross.
Looking forward to here any advise.
Many thanks
Jon

There is an adaptor that fits on the carb which should fit under the bonnet that you can fit a pipe to and run to the nose cone and fit a larger cone
filter but if you want to go through the bonnet then foam filters by Pipercross or Ramair would be preferable to the metal K&N type as there is
more filter area.

By twin choke Weber do you mean a Weber DGAV / DGV carb?
If so I ran a 2.0 Pinto in my MK Indy with a Weber DGV carb. A whole through the bonnet and a K&N filter on top of the carb.
