How to upload PDF file?

I'm sure I've done it before, but I tried repeatedly yesterday and this morning, and I can't upload a PDF file on Locost IRS.
Anyone succeeded at doing this recently, or is it a temporary glitch?

It depends how big it is. I think the biggest attachment you can post is 250kb. Though if you need somewhere to host it, give me a shout.
