NEW IDEA!!
I was thinking that we need a method to be able to search within the PHOTO ARCHIVE COMMENTS / FILE NAME's!!
it would be genius how much info we could get with one search!!
for example HUBS....
or zx9 and you get wireing plumbing...
everything..
Much more usefull because now we refer allot of times to our photo part but maybe there is someone offline wo did had the answer over there....
Regards,
TKs
p.s. in technical terms, we can use the search php and modify it a bit to search in the other table's / colums sow its not very much work...
Cheers

Yep, sounds like a good plan. I wanted to do this a while ago to search for anyones pictures of a catch tank. Would be very useful I think.

I don't use filename searches for that very reason. I use the filename which my camera gives it as it is date and picture relevant. In thoery it
is a good idea but searches could turn up all sorts of things...

in fact hellfire you are wrong
because if i search for catchtank
and you name your pic like DSC 0001
it wont showup, only if your comment is catchtank..
sow in fact we should only mentalize us to add a usefull comment or to name the file names properly...
its an hell of an idea....

No, it searches on comment as well (see the entries it produces for the search string I gave.) jpg is to try and limit it to the photo archive
pages.
I said almost because it searches the whole forum/site so you get too many hits, as it includes the some matching forum threads.
Biggest problem is its too geeky for a lot of people, so I agree it would be better hooked into the site.
