sphincter net explorer

having aproblem using the above browser on this site. it won't let me log in for some reason.
anyone come across this? I log in and the screen refreshes to show the "not logged in" message in top right

I'm being forced to use firefox, whic i should really get in the habbit of using as it is better

Yep, yep, yep and yep!

Get the latest version 1.5.0.2 and set it as the default. There are still some things that still use IE as the browser when triggered (like the windows update) but they are thankfully few.

Use Thunderbird for email/news too and ditch the overcomplex M$ crap.

I recently updated to Firefox, and I find it frustrating on this site.
With IE, you hit the bach button, and it takes you back to the exact point you left from, if it was , say, halfway down the page, that's where you'd go back to. With Firefox, you end up back at the top of the page regardless, so have to scroll back down.
Not a huge deal, but annoying all the same.
Someone is going to tell me theres an option to do this now!!
