Fancy Nav buttons for website

I want a navigation bar for my new website.

Not too hot on these things myself, so you will have to bear with me!

Basically I have a frame along the top of the page for the navigation buttons and a main page where for viewing the content.

Is it possible to for when the links are clicked a little drop down box appears with secondary options. The simpler the better.

Thats exactly the sort of thing I was looking for.

Being tight, I was looking for something slightly more free!

Erm, it's free as long as you put a link on the frontpage, doesn't say what size of font the link needs to be or what color (just changed it on my site)

This facility is available to all personal or hobby web sites, non-profits like charitable organizations or Open Source software developments that can add links to http://www.milonic.com/

Unless you are setting up a comercial website.

Another thing is that you need a sitemap on your front page as the menu is not recognised by google bot and so your site doesn't get indexed on google without a sitemap.

Whoops, realised I put this in the wrong section!

Seems that the conditions of the free copy has changed, it says that the first item of each main menu will be to Milonic.com

Its for a non commercial site btw

Huh? where do you read that? only thing i can find is the following:

If you have already downloaded the menu you'll see the first item automatically changes to MILONIC if a link to http://www.milonic.com/ isn't found. This is what we call our link-detect code which is present in the evaluation version of the menu and acts as our copy protection. It is not necessary to keep this forced link in the menu and may confuse your visitors.

here is the full story rearding the first item being milonic and how you can remove it.

btw, it must be visible, so changed it back on my site

This is what I had read...

"Please Note The download we have created for you is the EVALUATION COPY therefore your download will automatically contain a forced link to Milonic as the first item in each main menu, this is part of the free license agreement and will unfortunately affect some sample menus. "

Will give it a go.

Is the sort of thing you are looking for like on our site?

If it is then you need Xara Webstyle 4 or later - you can create full pages, banners, menu's and a whole host of things and it is pretty free if you know where to look
