Picture
Why when I try to paste a picture on my "site" it will it not acept it and I end up with a red cross in box?. Not too good on
computers.

Firstly, you have to upload your pictures to your photo archive on the site.
Upload them in .jpeg or .jpg format, and keep them to around 250k in size.
Don't use punctuation marks in the picture name.
For an avatar, the picture will have to be reduced to around 150 x200 pixels (around 17 (ish) k ).
