It's the second Locostbuilders lesson. The first is learning how to use the archive search function

ps go to control panel, edit profile, avatar URL.

Step 1 - create a pic of the right size and upload it into your photo archive

step 2 - go to control panel and select edit profile

step 3 - the hard part - past a link into the avater to your pic in your archive.

will have to doudle check the link bit in a moment got to go and sort something out

Good luck

Paul

Have you got microsoft picture manager installed ?

normally found in...

Start menue..

all programs..

microsoft office..

office tools..

picture manager..

If you have this just start it and then open the picure you want to resize - then there is an option to resize it - just play around untill it looks right..

you can also crop it first to get rid of bits at the edge you dont want..

alternativly upload a pic to your archive and I will resize it for you.

Paul

Photobucket has a re-size facility then save back to PC, onto LB and then use URL from there.

Upload to your photo archive
Here -> http://www.locostbuilders.co.uk/photos.php?action=gal&user=bill132hotrod

Click on the picture to display it. Right click and copy picture location
(http://www.locostbuilders/co.uk/upload/something.jpg)

Then click control panel/options on the top right of the screen, edit button, then paste the link into your avatar location box.
