Post below 'Progress in the last week.(engine bay)' hacked link?

The post below (progress in the last week) seems to redirect to a spam website and cause Internet Explorer to crash. Anyone else found the same problem?

It tries to load something a web site, something like

http://hotpages2.googlesyndication.com

The page wont open,and it causes IE to crash. Anyone got any suggestions?
