This has been asked a few times, the simple answer being 'I don't know'. I'm working on it right now tho cos it seems to be
getting more frequent

I've made a few tweaks with the PHP system on the server which hopefully have sorted the problem out. I've not seen it since but if
anyone does please let me know!
