well, that's a new one!!!!

re: my post about the satmap (OS map sat nav thingy).

came to llok at replies just now and saw my original post was duplicated twice.

Now I am pretty sure it wasn't but before reading re;lies I go and edit the second post (the one that I am sure was not there when I originally submiteed the topic) and lo and behold, both posts and thus the whole topic has disappeared.


GGRRRRRRR...........

something is not right with the fourm perhaps?

its done that for years, often caused by clicking on the post reply button to many times. Refresh before deleting 'apparent' duplicates just to check they are such

I get 'duplicate' posts quite regularly. When I refresh they disappear.

no, this time it is different.

I have ahd duplicates before, and it is usually 'cuase I pressed "submit" as it seemed nothing was happening.

deleting the duplicate would do just that, leaving the thread intact.

I don't recall seeing duplicate post at time I posted it.

well, it is a first for me.
