As chrisw said in the other thread, you dont have to sign up to paypal to make a payment, you can make a one off with paypal.
How long can i resist the temptation to drop a V8 in?

As i said i dont have or use paypal and i dont give my credit card numbers out either cash or cheque i will pay

Just a thought is it only contributors that can sell on this forum know ?
If not how do you see how the sale is going for 48hrs
