Windscreen

Finally got the windscreen fit, in the end deciding to make my own brackets as the Robin Hood ones looked wrong. I have pictures in my archive Post SVA,

Nice looking work, but what are the little tabs on the leading edges of the brackets for?

Looking nice.

Are they MK front wings? I like the protrusions to accomadate the wing stays

Why do it the easy way, when I can do things my way!

Thanks for the comments

The extruding edges will be for mounting new wing mirrors.

Yes they are the standard MK wings

I assume from your post that you got the windscreen from Robin Hood? It looks good! Which of their windscreens is it and how much did it set you back? Did it come with toughened or laminated glass and how well did it fit the Indy scuttle? What was the problem with the mounting pillars?

thanks,

Pete
