no timing marks on my pinto pully.
im stuck with my pinto engine as the verina cam pully has no timing marks on it, do i try to find a original one to get it line up, im stuck. and also
my motorcraft distributor has no marks on it, cash in it for anyone willing to come and help; cheers

tear apart a spark plug to make a piston stop and then you can draw your own timing marks on!
you drill/bash/cut/dynamite out the middle of a spark plug and fit a bolt into it, fit the plug, and turn the crank one way until pistopn stops - mark
the timing wheel, turn in the other way until it stops, mark the wheel again and mid way between the two is TDC, simples!

Remember full lift on a lobe can and TDC on a piston will "dwell" for a few degrees. If you want to set it up properly and have
adjustables then you need a DTI and degree wheel to find the center of the dwell.
