trojan on LCB
I get this message from Kaspersky every time I open a thread on here:
25/01/2010 09:37:45 Web Anti-Virus Detected: Trojan.JS.Redirector.ar http://pagead2.googlesyndication.com/pagead/show_ads.js//show_ads
Is this a trojan or just Kaspersky being over enthusiastic?

its just over enthusiasm,
JS.redirector.ar just means there is a small piece of code (imbedded in the google ad) which will redirect you to the site in the ad if you click on
it.
i block all the ads with adblock+ in firefox anywho.

I've had this on the forum a while ago - it turned out to be someone's signature picture that was linked to his home site.
It wasn't a trojan, but the redirection triggered a few virus-checking applications.
