Aluminium repair washers ? (aka penny washers) --- Source ?

I need about a dozen repair washers (M6 or M8 hole) --- but because of galvanic corrosion problems they need to aluminum alloy. Anybody know a supplier ?

Namrick?

Ally fastners are popular with the push bike fraternity too - I know my local bike shope carries a line of ally bolts and bits and bobs - not cheap though.

You can get some nice washers for kart seats that are alloy.

http://www.spellfame.co.uk/acatalog/Seat_Accessories.html

Obviously quite big, and some of them are for countersunk heads. But the quality is good and if you are the sort of person who can be bothered to worry about galvanic corrosion then price isn't a big deal.

Alternatively if price is more important then zinc plated steel doesn't have as much of a galvanic problem.

That would be my approach (so long as you don't need many).. Can use the same alloy as the sheet's your bolting to, even better from a corrosion view point..3

Thanks guys I ended up making square washers out of strip and rounded off the corners a bit -- should work it is just to repair and exhaust heat shield anyway so didn't have to look pretty.
