before you sell it, clean it.
i was thinking about selling my old sofa on ebay, was just looking at what sort of money they go for i found this.

I must admit that chair looks like its been used in a taxi waiting room for 3 years.............
cant see that getting any bids not even if the to 00's on the end where removed.

My Dad wont throw out the old sofa that was replaced 4-5 years back, its not got the stains that that thing has but it's a horrible green
shapeless uncomfortable 70s thing, we dont want it, nobody else wants it but he was happy with it & thinks it's worth something so it stays.
Living on a farm we've got room to keep crap like that in redundent outbuildings but now the're full of useless stuff & he still wont
get rid!
