Steering rack wanted
At the point in my build where i would like to fit the steering rack anybody got a MK2 escort one for sale ..too close to xmas to go daft at rally
design but want to get the engine trial fitted to see what it needs done to it ...cheers

I don't know if you are fixed up yet but I have a standard Escort MK2 rack which has done about 100 miles before I upgraded to a quick rack. It
was a remanufactured rack bought from TMS motor spares probably about 5 years ago but is in good condition. No track rod ends as I moved these over to
the new rack.
I think it cost me something like £45 but I'd take £25 for it if you are interested.
I live in Kilmarnock but work in Glasgow by the way.

Sounds like you have a deal.. if you can let me know what suits you best for picking it up ..i am off work for 6 days so can do most days..your only
15 miles away from me...i think..i am in Houston renfrewshire...

Hi Andy,
I work in Hillington so probably best bet would be to meet up one lunchtime next week somewhere between Hillington and Houston. Probably around 1pm
would suit me best. Any suggestions on an easy to find meeting place? I've never been to Houston but I've been to Arnold Clark Ford in
Linwood before and I know the retail park just off Junction 27 at Paisley. I don't mind dropping it off at your house either so let me know what
suits best. Monday or Tuesday should be okay for me, let me know what suits.

Your on your lunch break i will come up too Hillington its only 15 mins away from me could meet at the burger king carpark behind the shell station at
1pm if thats ok ...means you dont miss out on too much lunch..cheers Andy

Sorry I forgot to reply back at the weekend. I know the Burger King you are talking about and can meet up this lunchtime if you get this message in
