Spotted section

Hi admin,

I think it's about time this site had a 'spotted' section, all the others have em and it's good fun seeing if someone's seen you blatting about!

of course everyone will agree with me so you'll have to do it!!

A good idea although we don't get many "waves" around here - we have a lot of flat cappers in cateringvans ( we have an agent locally)
