quick hello
Hi all not sure where to post this but,a quick hello
been thinking of building a car for years having mainly old fords
scimitars etc etc.
from the west midlands and have been admiring all your hard

Hello Roy welcome the the Forum, there is much knowledge here to assist you with your projects
Duratec Engine is fitted, MS2 Extra V3 is assembled and tested, engine running, car now built. IVA passed 26/02/2016

Welcome to the madhouse!
Are you thinking of a track car or road (or both)? Plenty of choice on here and plenty of opinions as to CEC or BEC too  
Best get yourself scheduled to go to Stoneleigh in May, get a good cross-section there to make your mind up

Hello Roybo - as the man said, get to Stoneleigh in May, talk to the owners / builders, see what you fancy, do some research, ask plenty of questions
- don't feel afraid of asking and posting on here, whether you are building a car, or just thinking about it.
Luego Locost C20XE.
Build start: October 6th 2008.
IVA passed Jan 28th 2011.
First drive Feb 10th 2011.
First show: Stoneleigh 1st/2nd May 2011.
'Used up' first engine may 3rd 2011!
Back on the road with 2nd engine may 24th
First PASA mad drive 26/7/11
Sold to Mike in Methyr Tydvil 19/03/14

thinking road car maybe with the odd track day/drag stip etc
want to buy a chassis rather than start from scratch though
unsure as yet as to which type thats where this site and you fellas will come in
