Email verification?

So, been away for a nice week in Ibiza come back to a big red thing telling me to verify my email, this has happened 3 times now in the last few hours.. whats going on?

Also had a mailing list elsewhere disabled due to excessive bounce while I was away.. somebody fiddling with my email?
