How can I post a power point file on this forum for people to view it?

i think you need webspace to host it, pretty sure you can't post it directly

You can of course export .PPT to a series of jpegs.

Post the jpegs in your archive in order and post links.

why not just add it as an attachment to a post?

attachments aren't available under all of the forum sections IIRC though, but just checked and can be done in the anything else section...
