I must be thick !
I just can not work out how to put a pic in my avatar....
I have a small pic loaded in to my archive and have tried on many ocasions to cut and paste the URL from the pic's properties in the control
panel have put the [img].....[/img] before and after ect were am I going wrong.....
the URL I want is
http://www.locostbuilders.co.uk/upload/82.JPG
What do I put in to load it???????
can some one please help.....................

You could of at least cleaned it up before taking a pic of it

Normal is getting dressed in clothes that you buy for work and driving through traffic in a
car that you are still paying for - in order to get to the job you need to pay for the clothes
and the car, and the house you leave vacant all day so you can afford to live in it.
