I don't get it, I just get a blank message box. If I try going to the root site I just get a Russian site, doesn't look dodgy to me but I
can't be sure because i don't speak Russian

and that dialog box with no text is a real worry.
and why after someone has said don't open this site do I go and open it, that is the real question I have to ask myself.
