avatar won't show

can anyone tell me why my avatar pic won't display using the above format?

I've checked other peoples and they use the same format OK.

The pic is my archive...

the jpg bit needs to be in capitals in this instance. I suspect that you added '.JPG' to the file name manually.

None of my file extensins are in CAPITALS... so how come?

not sure, but i think he might have made it a jpg file simple by renaming it as 'xxx.JPG', hence it might want capitals to find it again. The proof is in the pudding!
