TIM Gauges - Wiring Question
I need to re-wire my TIM water temp gauge. It has 3 terminals on the back labelled - "S", "G" and "I" or
"-" depending which way you look at it! Any ideas which is which please? Clearly one is +ve feed, one is earth, and the other is the
sender.
Thanks
Dickie

Perhaps:
I = Ignition fed (live)
G = Ground
S = Sender
try it with a small 9v battery first - should move the gauge enough to test - without killing it..
