cant access posts

well here we go
i can access the site but when i try to open up a post or log in there is a little no entry sign at bottom of screen
open up and its about privacy policy
which is related to cookies
cancelled all cookies in temp tinter folder.
help ???????????, by the way i can access at work
purely in dinner you know.................

Go to Tools - > Options --> Privacy, go to the Cookies area and click Sites. You can then add www.locostbuilders.co.uk and set it to allowed.....

well i tried that its got rid of the little
no entry sign but still wont let me in
after clicking on a post the script at the top reads
locostbuilders / viewthread.php?tid
