malware

Following on from our previous post on computer problems I thought I would just let you all know that we have eventually got rid using Spydoctor. We tried several other spyware programmes but this was the only one that could clean the problem out of our C drive which was in the form of a trojan horse. If any one has same trouble would adv ise them to use this. Graham.

Norton Internet Security is a joke!
When I had it running, I did the Norton on-line test and guess what? It said that I had no anti-virus protection and needed Norton Anti-virus or better still, Norton Internet Security.
I am still waiting for a reply to my e-mail query.
Edit: Obviously I no longer use it. Complete waste of money.
