Brake Balance (Bias) Valve

I have just noticed that 'scotty' has just failed SVA for brake balance.

I havent got a balance valve on my Indy with drums on the rear, am I going to have problems with SVA?

Has everyone else got a brake bias valve fitted??

Thanks
Chris

I haven't done my brakes yet, but I, too, have disc/drum brakes. I bought a Wilwood hydraulic balance adjuster (Wilwood part No. 260-2220). Nice unit, simple to install, if not quite reasonably priced

scotty failed because his bias bar was set too far towards the rear.

If you really want a pressure regulator go for the Fiat/Lada ones of a Strata/Ritmo Uno or Lada Riva -- about 15 pounds from brakes international --- you need to make a simple bracket up for an adjusting screw to push down the plunger, the more theplunger is pushed in the higher the pressure to the rear brakes
