Following on from this thread:

focijohn has had a look but doesnt have any at the required size and i have looked on ebay but they are all far too small.
Does anyone know of anywhere where i could get some custom made?

Any decent machine/engineering shop will have no problem making them.

The problem will be any heat treatment that could be necessary.
